In "Pin Me" 3-Day Workshop, you will fabricate a fascinating and functional pin/pendant (more if you have time). Work on advanced design elements, textures, soldering and riveting methods. Learn to design and apply a proper pin finding and successfully solder a commercial pin finding. Create surface design to transform simple techniques into fabulous pin/pendants by combining materials. There will be an emphasis on finishing and surface development. Plan for the WOW element to come through! THIS IS NOT HER COLOR class which is 5 days.Artist Bio:
Deb Karash, originally from Rockford, Illinoi
s, now lives in the mountains of western North Carolina, in Ashville. A full time studio jeweler, Deb sells her work at fine craft shows and galleries across the country. She teaches workshops around the world and in her studio. Deb holds a Masters of Art degree from Northern Illinois University. When not working, she and her partner David, love to travel, hike, and work on their home.
