Lindly received a B.F.A. from Carnegie-Mellon University and continued at The Art League. She began her Polymer Clay work in 1989. She has appeared in more than 60 Juried and Invitational Shows in both galleries and museums. Lindly has been published in Nan Roche’s book,
The New Clay
, Leslie Dierks’s Lark Books,
Creating with Polymer Clay
as well as several issues of
Bead & Button
magazine. In 1997 Lindly and Pierrette Ashcroft co-published,
Artists at Work – Polymer Clay Comes of Age
